Summary
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Pudgys Sports Bar & Grill McGuire AFB New Jersey.
Operates breaks down and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment (e.g. worktables sinks and refrigerators). Separates food waste and trash from dishes glasses and silverware in dishwashing area. Loads and operates dishwashers stores clean dishes glasses and silverware. Washes tables and counters vacuums and shampoos carets. Sweeps an mops kitchen floors cleans windows washes walls and cleans and sanitizes trashcans. Sets up glasses silverware dishes trays napkins condiments and cold menu items (e.g. salad dessert bread and cold beverages) on a serving line. Removes dishes and trays from tables. Sorts washes peels and cuts fresh fruits and vegetables. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Who May Apply: Open to everyone. In order to qualify you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g. Peace Corps AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g. professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Ability to read and understand written material as well as being able to follow simple oral instructions. Must be able to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines. Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand walk stoop reach push and bend for long periods of time. Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
