About This Outside Sales Role

If youre the kind of rep who loves being in the field thrives on winning new business and gets fired up by uncapped commission this is your arena. At Hibu youll own a protected territory meet business owners facetoface and close deals that make a real impact. This is a true hunter role with high activity high reward and zero ceiling on your income.

Outside Sales Responsibilities

• Own your territory and dominate it through daily inperson prospecting
• Cold call door knock and build your pipeline with small business owners
• Run highenergy needsbased consultations that uncover real business challenges
• Sell a powerful suite of digital marketing solutions including:
• Websites
• SEM / PPC
• SEO
• Social Media Advertising
• Display Advertising
• Reviews & Reputation Management
• Deliver compelling virtual and inperson presentations that close deals
• Build a book of business that pays you residual commissions month after month
• Manage longterm client relationships with proactive account support
• Track your activity and pipeline using CRM tools to stay sharp and organized

What Were Looking For

• A competitive hunter who loves the chase and hates to lose
• 1 years of B2B outside or field sales experience (preferred not required)
• Strong coldcalling and prospecting instincts
• Confident communicator with polished presentation skills
• Coachable resilient and driven to exceed goals
• Comfortable working independently and owning your results
