An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a senior associate attorney to join its Corporate Debt / Finance practice in Dallas.
This role is well-suited for an associate with substantial experience in syndicated lending and commercial finance transactions who is interested in sophisticated deal-driven work including private debt and complex credit facilities.
The Role
The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of corporate debt transactions including syndicated lending secured transactions and other commercial finance matters such as cash-flow credit facilities. The practice offers meaningful responsibility active deal management and exposure to complex high-value financings across industries.
Ideal Background
Senior-level experience in corporate debt and commercial finance transactions
Experience with syndicated lending secured transactions and cash-flow credit facilities
Private debt experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting negotiation and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
