DescriptionThe Churchs Family History Department is seeking Web/Digital Analytics interns to support digital measurement efforts and help teams understand how millions of users engage with FamilySearch products around the world. You will collaborate with engineers product managers designers and data teams to collect interpret and communicate insights that guide decisionmaking.

Responsibilities- Work with Adobe Analytics to help measure user behavior analyze trends and evaluate digital experiences.
- Support data collection efforts by partnering with engineering teams to understand how site features tags and events are implemented.
- Translate data into clear actionable insights that inform product decisions and improve user experience.
- Help validate data quality and troubleshoot tracking or tagging issues.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to product teams.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand business goals and recommend datadriven opportunities.
- Contribute to documentation measurement plans and analytics best practices.
- Mentor with highly experienced analytics and IT professionals.
- Play an important role in hastening the Lords work by helping improve digital experiences for members and users worldwide.

- Strong criticalthinking skills and a datacurious mindset.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics (experience helpful willingness to learn sufficient).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (basic understanding helpful not required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for documentation and content management.
- Basic understanding of HTML for interpreting site behavior tags and datacollection contexts.
- Project management experience is desired.
- Business analysis or quantitative reasoning skills are a plusespecially for analyzing trends validating data integrity and supporting insights that inform decisionmaking.
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
