Were looking for an organised & proactive People Operations Advisor who is a multi-tasking whizz. Based in our Barbican office working in our important people team. You will spin many plates in this role and build relationships with every team in the business ensuring our new teammates have the best onboarding when they join.
Youll play a pivotal role in owning and delivering all HR employee administration related to the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Focussing on enhancing the employee experience and processes as well as supporting employees & managers to ensure a high-quality service. Theres a lot of data collection and reporting involved too - its how we keep improving our onboarding and offboarding processes.
Youll have experience operating in a similar role over the last 2-4 years and ideally worked in a construction or property environment but not necessary. Experience delivering payroll maintaining employee records collating employee surveys and various admin duties will be beneficial. Our teammates are important to us and were looking for a go getter who gets tasks done with the utmost care and attention to detail!
