We are seeking a motivated Red Seal Carpenter to join our team in a busy indoor production environment. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and offers strong work-life balance through a 4-day work week with guaranteed full-time hours.

What youll do
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team you will:
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
- Measure cut assemble and install wood and building components
- Construct and install interior structural elements and finish components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure work meets building codes quality standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and production goals
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
What youll need
Qualifications
- Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement)
- Strong understanding of carpentry methods materials and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent teamwork communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973 from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex New Brunswick. This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site where they are then fitted together and roofing siding drywall and flooring are installed.
