Fab15Strategic Program ManagementOffice (SPMO)チームの一員としてAIに関するプログラム及びプロジェクト管理を担当する

SPMOマネージャーやディレクターを通じてサイトリーダーシップチームをサポートし担当するカテゴリにおいてベストインクラスBICになるためのロードマップを作成するサイトのステークホルダー利害関係者や各部門と協力しプロジェクトの優先順位付けを行うとともにプロジェクトの開始計画実行または終結を促進するまたステークホルダーの支援を行う

担当責任と業務

ビジネスプランとベストインクラス目標を達成するために戦略的ロードマップを作成し維持トラッキングする

定期的にプログラムプロジェクトパフォーマンスのアップデートを実施する

プログラムプロジェクトが計画されたスケジュールコストスコープで確実に実行されるよう管理する

適切なツールを使用してプログラムプロジェクトのタイムラインを設定しマイルストーンを記録する

主要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取りフィードバックを求め良好な関係を維持する

スコープ計画ビジネスルール方針手順を含むプログラムの変更を管理コントロールする

プロジェクトチームと協力しプロジェクトリスクを特定し解決策を評価する

要件

学歴(必須)

学士号もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング分野での経験がある方

職務経験(必須)

以下いずれかの環境において2年間以上の職務経験がある方

Fabオペレーションエンジニアリング全般

プログラムおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

要求される能力全て満たしている必要は無い

製造エンジニアリングプロセスシステムにおける経験及び理解がある

自発的で最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行うことができる

高い分析力を持ち複雑な情報をシンプルにまとめ説明することができる

文章口頭においての高いコミュニケーションスキルがある英語スキル含む

優れたチームワークスキルおよび高いマルチタスクスキルがある

優れたプロジェクトタイムマネジメントスキルおよび優先付けのスキルがある

強い影響力を持ち部門横断的な問題を解決した経験がある
