Senior Project Manager- IT Infrastructure

A global financial services organization with operations in over 30 countries offers a diverse IT environment with professionals from multiple nationalities supporting retail wealth management and global wholesale businesses.

The IT Infrastructure function provides core infrastructure and workplace services across the organization. Within this group the Platform Delivery Management team oversees infrastructure initiatives ensuring strong governance and accountability across major projects and programs.

The team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to work closely with platform and service owners to drive successful delivery across infrastructure domains including datacenter network server infrastructure and end-user technologies (desktop mobile collaboration)

Your Role and Responsibilities

Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and translate them into clear project plans

Define project scope timelines budgets and delivery milestones aligned with business objectives

Lead end-to-end delivery of regional and global infrastructure projects

Identify risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery

Coordinate across IT Infrastructure teams application teams and business units to drive collaboration

Prepare and share clear project communications including status updates and milestone reports.

Establish and chair steering committees and governance meetings as required

Communicate and advocate the value of companys infrastructure services to stakeholders

Experience and Qualifications

5 years of experience in Project Management related to IT Infrastructure delivery within a global organization

Strong infrastructure domain knowledge (datacenter and core services)

Business-level Japanese & English communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including executive and board-level management

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Jira Confluence and ServiceNow

Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment

Proactive ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Logical analytical and pragmatic approach to delivering business value
