Utilize a solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile software development methodologies. Design and build scalable and reliable systems and infrastructure. Support Service Reliability Engineers in analysis and resolution of issuesimpactingservices in production. Develop software engineering solutions including studying information needs conferringwithusers studying systems flow data usage and work processes investigating problem areas and following the software development life feasibility including analysis problem definition requirements solution development and proposed solutions. Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts codecommentsand clear code. Prepare and install engineering solutions bydeterminingand designing system specifications standards and programming andimproveoperations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
