JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Amazon will deliver acquisition reactivation and retention strategies to drive profitable growth on role will develop execute and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver revenue growth enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement strategy with a focus on growingnew customersbase to drive engagement retention and lifetime value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Leadership: Develop and deliver joint business plan targets and brand growth strategies on Amazon alongside agency partner for execution.
  • Amazon Strategy: Developgrowthstrategies to attract and acquire new customers on Amazon. Improve Amazonssubscribe and save program including defining KPIs customer segmentation and the customer journey.
  • Financial Accountability:Managing P&L budgeting forecasting andsales LE to ensure profitability.
  • Team Development:Mentoring and managing two direct reports fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
  • Operational Excellence:Continuously monitors the digital shelf to maximize traffic consumer engagement and conversion whileimproving processes to meet performance targets.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborating with internal teams and external partners/vendors to align on goals and execute initiatives.
  • Brand Development: Elevate and maintain the companys brand image ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Creative Development: Drive creative strategy development and execution across media platforms and retail touchpoints.
  • Own Amazon advertising strategy and performance across Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display and DSP.
  • Partner with agency support as needed but maintainaccountability for budget allocation testing optimization and performance against ACOSTACoSROAS and NTB metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of eCommerce experience or related digital marketing roles working on high growth brands; Amazon 3P account management experience required
  • A GM mindset with a deep knowledge of all things Amazon including P&L management full funnel marketing strategies and management of diverse business models (must have Amazon 3P/Seller Central experience)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of successful outcomes with vendor managers and internal cross-functional partners
  • Digital marketing experience leading retail readiness including (SEO content health scoring and 3rd party/retailer support platforms like Helium10 Keepa Stackline Junglescout)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to create cross-functional and leadership buy-in
  • Highly organized detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in ExcelPowerPointVisualization Tools (i.e. Power BI) and other MS Office products
