Euro Motorcars Devon is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counterperson to join our team in Devon this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support by efficiently managing parts inquiries orders and inventory for our luxury vehicle clientele. Your expertise will help ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts requests contributing to the seamless operation of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts for various vehicle models.
- Manage parts inventory including receiving stocking and organizing parts efficiently.
- Process parts orders accurately and promptly using dealership inventory and ordering systems.
- Provide knowledgeable advice about parts availability and pricing to customers and staff.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support efficient parts operations.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive parts sales role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems particularly luxury vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Must be available to work some Saturdays
Must Have Clean Driving Record
