COMPENSATION (20% ABOVE MARKET):
Based on current regional data Parts Managers in South Carolina typically earn $65000 $90000
We are offering:
$80000 $110000 annually (Base Performance Bonuses)
Top performers will exceed this.
WHAT YOULL OWN (THIS IS YOUR DEPARTMENT):
-
Full control of parts inventory purchasing and obsolescence management
-
Drive aggressive gross profit and inventory turns
-
Build and dominate a wholesale parts program
-
Lead train and hold accountable your entire parts team
-
Work directly with Service & Body Shop to maximize internal efficiency
-
Control pricing strategy across retail wholesale and internal customers
-
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (DOE DOC turns lost sales productivity)
-
Eliminate waste tighten processes and increase department profitability
-
Run stock orders special orders and inventory controls with precision
-
Handle customer issues immediately and professionally
-
Maintain full compliance with OEM OSHA and regulatory requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT:

Proven track record running a profitable parts department

Strong knowledge of inventory control turns and obsolescence reduction

Ability to lead a team enforce standards and produce results

Experience working with service and body shop operations

High-level understanding of pricing strategy and margin control

Strong communication and leadership presence
