Brightwell is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSenior Sales Executiveto scale up our cross-border payments business with financial this critical role you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing robust sales strategiesgeneratingand nurturing leads building a high-quality pipeline and successfully closing new business.
Werelooking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales lifecycleof financialinstitutionsand a proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong communicationand relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to target financial institutions.
- Build andmaintaina robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and implementation teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Remain current on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
- Represent Brightwell at industry events and conferences.
- Deliver agreed-upon new clients and contract renewals each year
- Exhibit patience with long sales cycles and continue to nurture the clients throughout this process.
Location & Work Flexibility
Brightwell is headquartered in Atlanta based in the Atlanta area will work in ahybrid capacity with12 days per weekin ourofficelocatedat the exceptional candidates outside of Atlanta this role can befully remote with occasional travel to the office as needed.(Eligible states of residence: CO FL GA ILMD MENCTXVA)
WhatYoullDo:
- Work with theChief Revenue Officerto develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Through a combination of warm leads and market researchidentifyand cultivate new business opportunities to expand Brightwells client base and market share.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients strategic and channel partners and industry influencers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral content and sales campaigns to support sales activities.
- Provideaccuratesales reports analysis and forecasts to senior management to support decision making.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive you have:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field. MBA is preferred but not required.
- 5 years of business development experience in payments preferably within a bank.
- 5 years of cross borderpaymentsexperience either inremittancesorfunds transfer.
- Experience working successfully using a salesmethodology(Challenger NEAT Sandler etc.) and the ability to speak to your results.
- Demonstrated ability to sell structureddeals and manage complex negotiations.
- Ability to analyze sales data market trends and customer insights.
- Proven pipeline management and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking yourestrong on both IQ and EQ as adept at reading data for insights as you are at reading clients for feedback.
- Established comfort level in working with all levels of management including C-suite
- Travel up to 30%
