Job Summary
LOCATION: CENTRAL RETAIL PARK - FALKIRK
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday-Sunday 5/7 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: 12.60 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Your duties will involve maintenance and landscaping of customer and staff areas of retail park and includes litter picking sweeping weed control emptying bins chewing gum removal pressure washing of pedestrian walkways and general maintenance and repairs required around park. Experience and knowledge of use of landscaping equipment hand and power tools required.
Possession of current IPAF 3A/3B and Pesticide PA1/PA6 certificates would be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pick and sweep of all areas of retail park
Grass cutting maintenance
Hedge shrub tree maintenance
Weed/moss removal
Flower bed maintenance
Weed spraying
Leaf clearance
Slab/concrete repairs
Bollards repairs
Fence repairs
Painting
Power washing
Gum removal
General repairs
Litter picking
Emptying waste bins
Sweeping
Shopfront cleaning bollards barriers bins shop cladding
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Good attendance
Work to routine schedules
Be able to proactively find tasks
Ability to work on their own and as a team
Excellent timekeeping
Good communication skills
