Strong computer skills to implement multiple and diverse programs.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Preferred KSAs
- 2-3 years of experience as a SPED Paraprofessional for a Charter School.
2-3 years of experience maintaining and supporting programs designed for students with disabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Help teacher prepare instructional materials and classroom displays. Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
- Help with inventory care and maintenance of materials and equipment.
- Help teacher keep administrative records and prepare required reports.
- Assist in the implementation of ARD identified accommodations.

- Demonstrate support for student management policy.
- Assume responsibility for learning how to work with students individual needs.
- Help supervise special education students throughout the school day inside and outside the classroom; this may include some campus duties.
- Keep special education teacher informed of special education student progress/needs Maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in staff development training programs faculty meetings and special events as assigned.
- Perform special projects during and after normal business hours and other duties as assigned. May travel as necessary.
