The Facility Maintenance Technician position assists in the overall completion of apartment unit turnover repairs renovations work orders projects and on call emergencies. The Maintenance Turnover position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Lead Maintenance. Shift Monday Friday 8:00 5:00 or Tuesday Saturday 8:00 5:00

Duties:

Complete make ready tasks in a timely fashion: dry wall painting appliance repair plumbing hardware installations carpentry and grounds keeping
Maintain material and supply inventory
Grounds maintenance
Maintain a high level of safety standards: OSHA and follow all set guidelines to ensure no damage occurs on the property
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in apartment maintenance/make ready andor remodeling
Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload multi-task & prioritize
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must pass a background check in accordance to family housing
