This role is within our UK team working on Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Clients.
What youll be doing:
- Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients acting as a key point of contact in the absence of Client Directors
- Coordinating and resolving client enquiries by working closely with teams across the business
- Providing technical support and insights to help clients make informed decisions
- Identifying and progressing sales leads and opportunities to support revenue growth
- Mentoring team members and supporting their development
- Reviewing and signing off draft instructions for colleagues and peers
- Attending client meetings calls and taking ownership of audit or operational discussions when needed
- Preparing tailored materials for client meetings pitches and ongoing servicing
Qualifications :

- Strong investment knowledge and understanding of institutional products and markets
- Experience delivering highquality client service within investment management or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
