Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design build and operate secure scalable and highly available cloud-native platforms. The role combines infrastructure engineering CI/CD automation container orchestration observability and security-by-design in regulated and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain cloud and server infrastructure
Develop optimize and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitLab CI Jenkins Argo CD)
Implement and manage container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
Establish monitoring logging alerting and observability solutions
Apply security hardening IAM secrets management and Zero Trust principles
Support confidential computing and secure microservices (TEE/VAU SCONE Scontain)
Integrate and manage HSMs and key management systems
Perform incident management troubleshooting and cost optimization
Qualifications :
Compact Technical Stack
Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes Docker
CI/CD & GitOps: GitLab CI Jenkins Argo CD
Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus Grafana OpenSearch Elastic Stack OpenTelemetry Jaeger
Databases & Middleware: PostgreSQL Kafka Redis Nginx
Security & Networking: IAM Zero Trust VPN system and network hardening
OS & Performance: Linux Garden Linux Apache JMeter
Required Qualifications
Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps / Platform / SRE Engineer
Strong Kubernetes CI/CD and cloud security expertise
Experience with observability incident response and automation
Solid Linux system administration skills
Strong communication skills in English
Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have)
gematik German e-Health ecosystem
Sek-IDP specifications and identity flows
BARMER and AOK integration experience
Confidential Computing & HSM: TEE/VAU SCONE Scontain Utimaco & Thales HSMs
