Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming professional experience.
- Manage patient registration appointment scheduling and general office duties.
- Collect and record vital signs draw blood and perform routine diagnostic tests.
- Maintain and order medical and office supplies ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Support providers with patient care and clinical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all organizational federal and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and team members.
- Maintain professionalism punctuality and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
