AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Manager Reporting to support enterprise-level program controls reporting and dashboard delivery across a major capital infrastructure program. This role leads the development of reporting strategies oversees program and executive-level performance reporting supports project-level reporting needs and serves as a key liaison across Project Controls and Project Financial functions to ensure coordinated accurate and decision-ready insight.
The Reporting Manager is responsible for translating cost schedule risk change and delivery data into clear visualizations and reporting products that support leadership oversight governance and proactive program management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting Strategy and Governance
- Assist in developing and maintaining reporting policies procedures templates and tools aligned with scope cost and schedule controls.
- Establish standardized reporting workflows that support consistent program-wide performance communication.
- Maintain the program reporting calendar milestone deadlines and recurring deliverable requirements.
Program and Executive-Level Reporting
- Support preparation and delivery of monthly quarterly and annual program reporting packages.
- Compile progress cost cash flow earned value risk and forecast data into integrated reporting outputs.
- Assist with executive and board-level reporting that highlights key variances emerging risks and required management actions.
Dashboard Development and Automation
- Aid in identifying and implementing reporting automation opportunities using tools such as Power BI and enterprise data environments.
- Support the design and maintenance of role-based dashboards that provide visibility into delivery drivers and program constraints.
- Ensure reporting products remain accurate consistent and aligned with stakeholder decision needs.
Data Integration and Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with project teams and functional leads to gather validate and reconcile data across cost schedule and risk systems.
- Maintain traceability between authoritative source data and published reports to support transparency and audit readiness.
- Support continuous improvement in reporting processes visual standards and analytics capabilities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between Project Controls Project Financial teams and program leadership to ensure coordinated reporting narratives.
- Support communication and follow-up with functional teams to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Program Reporting Unit as needed.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Business Engineering Finance Project Management 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI Primavera P6 TILOS Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP or relevant project controls/reporting certification preferred.
- Experience with desktop publishing and professional graphics software.
- Extensive background in scheduling project controls reporting and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of public-sector reporting standards and large capital program environments.
- Familiarity with transportation rail roadway or other major infrastructure delivery programs preferred.
- Strong communication organization and time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
