Customer expectations are proactively managed and high standards of service are consistently & Hospitality OperationsOversee daily restaurant and housekeeping operations ensuring efficient service strong health and safety practices and full departmental compliance. Maintain effective budget control while consistently delivering an excellent customer and ManagementSupervision of housekeeping and restaurant teams ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained to ensure consistent service delivery.
