About the Opportunity

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern (f/m/d) to join our People team in Berlin for a 12-month full-time this role youll sit at the heart of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function learning how systems processes and data come together to help Contentful hire great people at scale. Youll gain practical experience in recruiting operations while contributing to meaningful real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

What to Expect

• Support day-to-day recruiting operations by helping maintain clean accurate data across tools like Greenhouse and Google Workspace
• Contribute to reporting and insights by updating spreadsheets or dashboards that help us understand hiring pipelines and process performance
• Maintain hiring materials by ensuring job descriptions and templates are easy to use and aligned with our inclusive standards
• Document workflows and create helpful resources such as checklists howtos or FAQs to support recruiters and hiring managers
• Support special projects aimed at improving candidate and hiring manager experiences testing tools or refining documentation practices
• Partner closely with our People team learning how a modern Talent Acquisition function operates end-to-end

What You Need to Be Successful

• Youre available for a fulltime 12month internship based in Berlin
• A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations and curiosity about how recruiting works behind the scenes
• Comfort with digital tools especially Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and an interest in learning systems like applicant tracking platforms databases APIs or basic AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT); familiarity with spreadsheets SQL or data structures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail you spot inconsistencies and care about data quality
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow through on commitments
• Clear communication skills in English both written and verbal
• A proactive resourceful mindset youre curious motivated to learn and unafraid to ask for help when needed
