Job Summary

Shape the Future of Talent Development

As our Senior Talent Growth Partner you will drive the design and evolution of enterprise-wide talent management frameworks that empower our people and support sustainable business growth. You will play a strategic role in shaping how talent is identified developed and mobilized across the organization.


Qualifications :

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Career Pathing frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
  • Develop and standardize feedback processes and methodologies across the business
  • Embed modern talent development tools and AI-enabled solutions into people practices
  • Lead the design and execution of behavioral and talent assessment workflows to generate actionable insights
  • Establish and govern Learning & Development frameworks and policies
  • Build and optimize Internal Mobility frameworks and processes
  • Create and manage High Potential identification and development programs
  • Drive enterprise-wide Succession Planning strategies and frameworks
  • Support and enable local and international stakeholders in executing talent management initiatives
  • Own and continuously improve group-wide Talent Management programs and processes
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize talent strategies and workforce decisions
  • Manage strategic talent projects end-to-end from concept through implementation and scaling

 

Your Profile

  • Strategic business-driven HR professional with a strong impact mindset
  • Degree in Psychology Social Sciences Human Resources or related field
  • Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise talent management systems
  • Deep expertise in behavioral assessment methodologies and talent diagnostics
  • Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with data-driven decision making experience
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and digital HR technologies for process optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with experience scaling global initiatives
  • Ability to translate organizational principles and culture into practical talent frameworks
  • Fluent in English and French or German
