Merchandising Associate (Part-Time) Smart Centres Prince George

As a Merchandising Associate you will support merchandise flow and presentation to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked organized and visually appealing. You play a key role in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized accessible and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries including receiving sorting transferring and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.
• Assist with visual presentation including floor moves product placement signage and housekeeping duties.
• Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge visual presentation awareness and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications :

• 6 months of experience in merchandise processing retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS ERP ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
