The Human Capital Service Center (HCSC) is a bilingual and transactional team that provides efficient effective support for all areas of Human Capital and the business in executing Human Capital related transactional and administrative activities. The Team functions as a primary HC point of contact in the resolution escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HC protocols and guidelines.

As aHuman Capital Service Centre Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for providingfront-facingadministrativesupport to routine questions completeinquiries andprovidestransactional support to HC process firmwidewhileworking in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HCBP)Centresof Excellences and the HC ServicesOperationsTeam

  • Provide nextleveladministrativesupport for query resolution and complex inquiries across Core HR Disability Leaves OffboardingPayrollGlobal Mobility Campus Recruitment and Data Management & Reporting

  • Leverage strong knowledge ofHC processes and programs toresolvead hoc requestsandescalationsin alignment with statutory legislation andHCpolicies

  • Escalate issues and resolve matters in partnership withTeam Lead andHCSC Manager

  • Prepare and deliver a variety of HCSC communications including leave agreements employment verification lettersclawbacks process documentation and otherrelated materials

  • Prepare and reviewpayroll inputs and data loads prior to payroll cutoff

  • Complete process updates and deliver training to HCSC administrators while providing onthejob coaching and collaborating with teams to resolve ongoing queries and issues.

  • Collaborate with the HC Technology Team to support HC systems and resolve technical escalations while partnering with HCBPs and the HC ServicesOperationsTeam to enable effective HR operations

  • Projectassistanceas required and other duties as assigned

  • Experiencein a Human Capital environment or in anHR Administrative/CoordinatorRole

  • Strong technicalexperienceinWorkday Service Now Ticketing MicrosoftTools including Copilot Agents BOTsandusingAlteryx automation solutions

  • Strong customerservice orientation with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience handling confidential data with discretion while adhering to internal datagovernance processes

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to consult build relationships andfacilitatediscussions

  • Excellent verbal written organizational timemanagement and listening skills

  • Ability to review work for accuracy and completeness

  • Strong judgment problemsolving skills and commitment to valuing diverse perspectiveswith the ability tomultitaskmanageand delivercompeting priorities in a fastpaced environment

The salary range for this position is $45800 - $76300. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
