Working Student Sample Order Expert

• You will support the Sample Order Expert in the pre-order phase ( with forecast updates clarification of technical content etc.).
• You will offer support by receiving and processing sample orders from the customer system/Project Manager.
• You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the SOE/ Project Manager.
• You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant.
• You will inform the SOE/Project Manager about planned delivery dates.
• You will offer support with updates/distributions of the sample delivery plan internally after each meeting with the Project Manager.
• You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with the Plant.

• University studies in progress

• French/German knowledge is a plus.
