Chemistry Technician I

The Role:

1.Continued RGA for NPI commercialization.

2.NPI transition from DOR to POR M&H (mixing & handling) and stability tasksisbeing triggered for full CoA items.

3.RM IQC and tank clean testing fromtsmcrequest especiallyfingerprintmetalsand LPC.

4.Work location is KSP-N.Butif necessary ICP analysis must be completed between KSP-N and KSP-S.

In this role you will:

1. This positionis responsible forthe routine testing of finished good products incoming materials request
sample including commercial products and new product introduction.

2. Focus onmaintaininginternal & external instrument calibration system labelrecordand analysis data
through LIMS system to ensure valid and consistent results.
3. The QT is also responsible formaintainingworking environment to conform EHS/5S policies and supporting
Lab shift leader on daily Labs activities.

1. Analytical task

(1) Handle all activities related to the testing of finished good products raw materials intermediate products

and requestsamplein accordance withSOP (Standard Operation Procedures). Execute physical property

(e.g.pH viscosity SG) chemical/particle property (e.g.HPLC LPC Particle Size) and metal property (ICP)

analytical for commercial products new product introduction experimental products and complaint

samples.Those with experience in ICPMS8900 analysis are preferred.

(2) Ensure all instruments calibration/verification based on established Cabot Test Methods (CTM) or

manufacturing recommendations.

2. QC Management

(1) Enter all control standard data into quality analyst database and all testing data into the quality system

(LIMS).Analyze data for trends using basic SPC and control charting techniques.

(2) Report out issue results or trouble shooting toappropriate personnel.

(3) Work with Chemist and Supervisor to update the documents and executeannualMSA plan.

3. Environmenthealthand Safety

(1) Follow all EHS and 5S guidelines and policies whilemaintaininga safe and clean working environment.
(2) Complete all required safety training on time andparticipatein group safety activities.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

1.Hands-on experiencewithlaboratory measurement equipment

2.Experience with quality system (LIMS) SPC basic statistical methods statistical software packages a plus (i.e.

Quality AnalystMinitab).

3.Basic data entry and spreadsheet development skills.

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).

5.Flexible and adaptable to change.

6.Self-motivated and disciplined and ability to work independently as well as a contributor in a team

environment.

7.Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

8.Chemistry or Biology Bachelors degree is.

9.More than twoyearsrelatedanalysis experience with chemistry and analytical laboratory
