Job Summary

The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for creating and executing activities that generate high-quality demand for Syngenta portfolio. This role connects marketing and sales by driving awareness interest and intent across the grower journey ultimately delivering qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • KPI: Sales (sell-in) Consumption Product On Ground
  • Planning and execution of farmer-focused Demand Generation campaigns to drive POG
  • Ensure alignment with Channel Management Lead on focus areas and priority segments.
  • Primary responsible for Demand Generation activities at grower level with Star and Core products as primary focus.
  • Implement demand generation strategies aligned with product positioning and market objectives
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration and brand awareness in key segments
  • Monitor sales pipeline progression and implement acceleration strategies when needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Marketing Business or a related Field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 Years Experience in Demand Generation Sales Field  Marketing or Agricultural Marketing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to track and report on Key Performance Metrics.
  • Deeply understanding about crop protection is advantage
  • Strong understanding of farming practices agronomy and local market dynamics.
