What You Will Be Doing:
As Administrative Assistant Housekeeping you play a key role in supporting our Colleagues through exceptional organization and clear communication. Your contributions help create thoughtfully prepared residences that welcome our guests/owners and make them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping your essential responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily operations by organizing work assignments assisting Colleagues and providing professional friendly service.
- Training and guiding Housekeeping Colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Managing housekeeping supplies equipment inventories and enforcing company keycontrol policies.
- Communicating maintenance needs and coordinating repairs furnishings and equipment relocation.
- Conducting residence inspections and ensuring physical facilities meet company standards addressing and reporting any inconsistencies.
- Completing reports documenting Owner/Member preferences assisting with housekeeping service requests and performing special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or housekeeping experience preferred; leadership experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- University or college degree in a related field is an asset.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Highly responsible reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to speak read and write in English.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment while remaining calm courteous and guestfocused.
- Strong teamplayer with the ability to work cohesively with others.
Physical Aspects of the Position: (include but are not limited to)
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling pushing pulling and lifting.
- Occasional ascending/descending ladders stairs and ramps.
