As a Social Media Manager at Pulse Advertising you bring platform-native thinking to global brands leading accounts from strategy to execution with a social-first mindset at the core. You know what works on TikTok before it peaks you think in formats and you turn briefs into content that actually performs. Your tasks
- You develop TikTok-first content strategies for global brand accounts defining platform-native formats content pillars and creative direction that drive real engagement and measurable impact
- You create and manage content calendars across TikTok Reels Stories and complementary formats ensuring every channel feels native to the platform it lives on
- You manage client channels day to day staying close to trends community signals and cultural moments that keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve
- You track analyse and report on performance translating data into sharp insights and concrete recommendations that clients can act on quickly
- You act as the main point of contact for clients confidently guiding projects from briefing to execution while challenging briefs that dont fit the platform reality
Your skills
- You have 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management with a clear TikTok focus and you have the results and content examples to prove it
- You think in TikTok understand trend cycles algorithm behaviour and FYP mechanics and know instinctively what makes content feel native versus corporate
- You are confident managing client relationships communicating platform logic clearly and pushing back when a brief needs rethinking
- You are experienced with Canva and video editing tools and actively use AI tooling to optimise and scale your day-to-day workflows
- You are fluent in English highly organised and built for the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving agency environment
