Your tasks
- You stay ahead of social trends formats and cultural moments and translate what works on each platform into relevant content ideas for Global Brands
- You develop content directions and creative concepts based on strategic insights and present ideas that align with Global Brands objectives
- You execute high quality content across formats such as static carousels Reels TikToks Stories and emerging platforms ensuring every asset is fit for channel and format
- You cut and edit video content directly in native tools like CapCut TikTok and Instagram delivering scroll stopping edits with sharp pacing on trend audio and native aesthetics
- You manage the end to end content creation process from concept to final delivery maintaining quality consistency and deadlines
- You collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and treat community dialogue as a daily practice bringing content calendars to life flagging opportunities and using ongoing conversations as the basis for ideas strategy and brand relevance
Your skills
- You value diversity equality and a driven passionate team culture
- You have 2 years of hands on experience in social media management and can share concrete examples of channels and work you have managed including the impact you created for brands
- You think in TikTok live and breathe social platforms including emerging ones and have a strong eye for content understanding what performs and why it performs
- You are confident in managing client relationships communicate ideas clearly and challenge clients where needed
- You are experienced with Canva basic video and content editing tools and use AI tooling to standardise and optimise repeated tasks in your day to day work
- Youre fluent in English highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Plus: You bring experience in content production and shootings social amplification for large scale campaigns or global brands and ideally have worked with audio and digital formats such as Spotify podcasts or audio storytelling
