Job Title: Senior Advisor Client Advisory
Location: Remote U.S.
Reports to: VP Managed Services

TTEC is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to serve as the strategic partner and primary point of accountability for one of our most enterprise this senior individualcontributor role you will provide thought leadership across complex technology ecosystems ensure operational excellence and guide the client through optimization modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep enterprise experience who excels at influencing strategy managing large-scale programs and elevating client outcomeswithout direct people management responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Client Partnership

    • Serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison driving solution performance operational quality and service excellence.
    • Build strong executivelevel relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes systems and overall client experience.
    • Facilitate alignment across multiple support partners with a focus on maximizing TTEC Digital value and minimizing our operational risks.
    • Define and uphold service-level expectations while ensuring alignment to client goals and strategic roadmap.

Program & Solution Leadership

    • Lead the planning design execution and postproduction phases of medium to largescale technology initiatives.
    • Oversee the delivery of integrated solutions across multiple platforms applications and environments.
    • Provide guidance on bestfit methodologies tools and practicesbalancing Agile and traditional approaches as needed.

Governance Risk & Change Management

    • Establish clear governance structures steering committees and communication frameworks to ensure alignment and accountability.
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks manage scope changes and drive resolution of complex issues impacting program success.
    • Guide clients and internal teams through major system changes ensuring readiness transparency and stakeholder confidence.

Operational Excellence

    • Ensure project milestones deliverables and reporting requirements are met using agreed-upon processes.
    • Deliver highquality dashboards status updates documentation and executive communications.
    • Oversee ongoing management integration and enhancement of CCC systems and related 3rdparty vendor interfaces.

What skills and experience you bring:

    • 15 years direct experience managing large complex toll system projects and contract and system provider oversight including architecture design system integration and testing.
    • 8 to 10 years hands on experience managing toll collection technologies electronic payment video and traffic management systems.
    • 10 years leading complex enterprisescale technology programs (network infrastructure telephony or software environments).
    • 5 years implementing and sustaining backoffice or serverbased systems in multiapplication ecosystems.
    • Demonstrated experience operating as a senior IC within large enterprise environments (consulting outsourcing or managed services preferred).
    • Expertise in blending Agile and traditional PM practices to fit project and client needs.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders navigate ambiguity and drive strategy and decisionmaking without formal authority.
    • Exceptional communication analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong sense of ownership and followthrough.
    • PMP certification and Bachelors degree required.
    • Ability to travel up to 20%.

$175000 - $195000 a year
