Job Summary
Food & Beverage Assistant Overview:
To ensure the highest standards of service and customer care are maintained regarding every aspect of Lounge Service and the hotel at all times.
Food & Beverage Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality food and beverage service in the lounge and bar area ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- To be familiar with and understand the days menus.
- Lay up tables for Lounge & Bar as directed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar lounge and service areas
- Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for all guests
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Correct handling storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
