YOUR NEW ROLE

Are you organised proactive and great at keeping things running smoothly Were looking for an Administrative Assistant Food & Beverage to support our General Manager and wider team in delivering outstanding visitor and client experiences.

In this role youll support commercial operator contracts coordinate smooth client transitions from sales to catering and help implement initiatives across the Visitor Experience portfolio. Youll also develop and manage administrative systems reporting and processes that support the success of the Food and Beverage department.

ARE YOU THE ONE

Key Responsibilities/skills:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage and Function Sales teams including meeting coordination minute taking correspondence and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external enquiries managing phone calls emails scheduling follow-ups and stakeholder communications.
  • Support sales and planning processes by attending meetings with the Function Sales team and catering operators ensuring accurate records and timely actions.
  • Manage office operations including workspace presentation meeting rooms supplies equipment and accurate record keeping across systems and platforms.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports presentations project documentation and correspondence using Microsoft 365 SharePoint and internal information systems.
  • Essential requirements: proven administrative experience with excellent organisation time management attention to detail advanced Microsoft 365 skills strong communication abilities discretion with confidential information and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
