Supporting clients across Victoria Queensland and Tasmania were growing our behaviour support team in Hobart and are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings warmth professionalism and a genuine commitment to supporting clients every step of the way.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who values flexibility high-quality practice and autonomy while delivering meaningful Positive Behaviour Support.

The Role

Were looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Hobart) who can manage their own NDIS caseload and deliver high-quality behaviour support services. You will have access to the guidance tools and resources you need to provide clients with the best possible outcomes.

Your week will typically include:

  • Managing your own NDIS caseload and delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Conducting behavioural assessments including functional behaviour assessments.
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans.
  • Participating in clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case conferences.
  • Communicating with clients families carers and support coordinators.
  • Flexible work arrangements: in-community visits office and work-from-home options.

In this role you will:

  • Support clients to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
  • Develop clear behaviour support plans including restrictive practices where appropriate.
  • Complete high-quality documentation and reports to meet NDIS and organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with families carers and other professionals for holistic client care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision training and reflective practice.
