Job Summary

General Dentist (Pediatric Experience Preferred)
23 Days per Week
Location: Colorado Springs CO

On behalf of our client R.S.M.C. Servicesare seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a well-established practice in beautiful Colorado Springs CO. This opportunity is available as Locum or Permanent with strong clinical support mentorship and competitive compensation.

Compensation

$1100/day or up to 30% of production (whichever is higher)

Position Details

Locum: No travel or lodging expenses covered
Permanent: Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

Help children and parents develop excellent oral health habits
Lead and collaborate with an engaged dental care team
Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide high-quality pediatric-focused dental care
Coordinate referrals to dental specialists as needed
Maintain a clean sterile and patient-centered clinical environment
Comply with all state federal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Active dental license issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
Board eligibility or certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
Experience and passion for treating pediatric patients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire for professional growth and continuous learning
Excellent organizational skills
Solid clinical knowledge of general dentistry

Typical Day

Approximately 12 operative patients including:
- SSCs NuSmile anterior crowns composite restorations
- Space maintainers extractions
- Protective stabilization Nitrous Oxide administration
- Emergency visits and sedation dentistry (primarily NO OCS behavior management with potential for limited GA days)
Approximately 25 hygiene exams
Foster a supportive learning environment for doctors patients and dental professionals
