About the Role
As the Senior Manager Finance you will serve as a key business partner to business leadership. Youll lead financial planning develop robust cost and inventory insights identify risks and opportunities and guide a team of plant controllers to support consistent and accurate financial decisionmaking. You will also oversee product costing capital investments and advanced analytics initiatives that directly impact business performance.
This position is for our Water Heater Division located in Roswell GA. (Hybrid - 4 days in office).
ResponsibilitiesQualifications- Bachelors degree in finance; MBA preferred
- 10 years of financial analysis experience ideally in automotive or large-scale product manufacturing
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Expertise in ERP and financial systems (Oracle preferred; Onstream; strong Microsoft Office skills required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the U.S. and Mexico
