Job Summary

Location: Silverdale WA
Schedule:
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
No weekends evenings or holidays
Pay Range:
$20$22 per hour depending on experience

As a premier pain management clinic in the region we are committed to delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly makes a difference in our patients lives.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our this role you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients-playing a vital part in creating a supportive professional and positive patient experience.
Position Responsibilities
As a Medical Receptionist your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Greet patients and visitors promptly courteously and professionally
Schedule appointments for new and established patients
Collect co-pays and verify insurance information
Contact patients regarding no-shows and pre-operative instructions
Answer phones screen and direct calls take messages and provide information
Maintain a clean organized front desk and lobby area
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
Perform scanning filing and general administrative duties

An excellent communicator (in person and on the phone)
Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records (EMR)
Able to multitask effectively in a busy clinical environment
