As the Project Lead Equipment Management & Condition Monitoring you will sit at the intersection of strategy innovation and this highly visible role you will lead governance communications and reporting for a significant investment business proposal drive 4DX execution and play a key role in shaping and aligning Cat Digital development efforts. Your work will directly influence how equipment management and condition monitoring evolve across the enterprisesetting direction creating clarity and accelerating impact.

You Will Do
Lead 4DX execution governance and reporting for our solutions growth and digital solutions ensuring focus accountability and measurable outcomes.
Own communication and reporting governance for the RI condition monitoring and equipment management business proposal delivering clear insightful updates to key stakeholders.
Manage dealer digital metrics communications and reporting aligning performance insights with the RI condition monitoring strategy and customer solutions growth.
Coordinate and govern cross-functional workstreams and projects keeping initiatives aligned on track and moving forward.
Drive the collection alignment and communication of digital requirements in support of Cat Foresight and future equipment management & condition monitoring capabilities.
Lead governance and reporting for development and continuous improvement projects enabling data-driven decisions and sustained operational excellence.
Bring visibility and excitement to program progress through engaging media posts and targeted communications; establish a foundation for positive change management.
What skills you will have:
Planning: Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives involving digital operations and business stakeholders. Strong background in governance reporting and project coordination ideally within technical digital or operational environments.
Products and Services: Experience with condition monitoring asset health equipment management reliability or digital operations environments. Familiarity with dealer-facing digital solutions and performance metrics. Exposure to Cat Digital Cat Foresight or enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Quality Management: Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives in operations or technology-enabled environments. Strong analytical mindset with experience working with digital metrics performance data and dashboards.
Program Management: Experience developing or supporting business proposals strategic initiatives or program-level initiatives. A proactive change-oriented mindset focused on building whats next not just maintaining what exists.
Effective Communications: Demonstrated ability to manage complex communications across multiple audiences including leadership technical teams and external partners.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Additional Information:
The primary work location for this role is Peoria IL with a requirement to work on-site full-time at a Caterpillar facility.
This position may require 20 % travel.

Summary Pay Range:
$147760.00 - $221640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
