Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative
Introduction We are partnering with a world-leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find an ambitious Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative for their vibrant office in this role you will be a key player in the sales cycle bridging the gap between marketing and sales by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting to identify potential enterprise-level leads.
- Research contact and nurture leads to ensure they meet BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) qualification criteria.
- Utilize advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and CRM systems to define and execute effective outreach tactics.
- Tailor communication strategies to match specific customer personas and industry needs.
- Manage the lead queue efficiently by updating and pushing leads through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with SAMS FSRs and Sales Specialists to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Provide actionable feedback to the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch (C1) and a good command of English (B2-C1).
- At least 2 years of industry experience at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record in identifying nurturing and qualifying sales leads.
- Strong ability to build professional relationships and effectively handle objections.
- Sufficient understanding of technical product offerings and pricing to conduct solution-based selling.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales intelligence tools.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across sales and marketing teams.
