About the client

Our client is an AI-powered HR and payroll platform that aims to simplify workforce management across Southeast Asia. The platform brings key HR functions into a single system including core HR payroll leave and attendance management onboarding and offboarding performance analytics and compliance.

They also integrate advanced AI capabilities such as payroll anomaly detection smart leave forecasting chatbot assistance and data-driven insights to make HR operations more efficient and proactive.

What youll work on

Create short-form content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and Facebook
Edit videos for social media including reels shorts and simple explainer clips
Use AI tools to generate ideas scripts captions visuals and content variations
Support marketing campaigns related to hiring employer branding and HR topics
Track basic content performance and suggest improvements
Work closely with the team on content planning and execution

What theyre looking for

Currently a student or recent graduate based in Thailand
Comfortable creating and editing videos for social media
Familiar with tools like CapCut Canva Premiere Pro or similar
Actively uses social media and understands what performs well
Curious and hands-on with AI tools for content creation
Able to work independently and meet simple deadlines
Good written communication in English

Nice to have

Experience running or growing a personal social media account
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
Interest in startups HR or technology
