What Youll Bring to the Table:

Foundational Culinary Skills: Experience in basic food preparation techniques including washing peeling cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables as well as preparing meats poultry and seafood.

Organizational Excellence: Ability to maintain a clean and orderly prep area ensuring all ingredients are properly stored and labeled.

Efficiency: Capable of completing prep tasks in a timely manner to meet the kitchens needs.

Team Collaboration: Works well in a fast-paced environment supporting line cooks and chefs as needed.

Food Safety Knowledge: Adheres to all sanitation and food safety guidelines.

Additional Qualifications:

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a busy kitchen environment.

Strength and Mobility: Capable of lifting and carrying deliveries or heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

Attention to Safety: Awareness of physical and operational hazards in the kitchen to ensure a safe working environment.

Adaptability: Comfortable handling the demands of a high-pressure fast-paced kitchen environment.
