Location: Fully remote role. Work from anywhere in the U.S. while handling California-based litigation matters.

Note: To be considered candidates must have 3 years of litigation experience and hands-on federal court experience. Active California Bar admission is required.

Job Description

Handle all phases of litigation from pleadings through resolution
Draft complaints motions discovery and substantive legal filings
Manage cases in federal and state court
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Participate in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

3 years of civil litigation experience
Active California Bar license in good standing
Federal court experience required
Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting
Consumer protection personal injury or similar litigation experience is a plus
