What youll do

• Greet residents/guests manage phones and handle requests with polish and care.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail deliveries and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and support events communications and scheduling.

You bring

• HS diploma/GED; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly organized and proactive-comfortable multitasking and using basic office tech.
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/overnights vary by shift).
