Role Summary
The Remote Customer Experience Support Specialist supports all clients by assisting with full travel research coordinating reservations and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service booking coordination and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
- Research compare and confirm reservation options using approved systems
- Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients through email phone and messaging platforms
- Manage updates changes and service-related concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in training meetings and professional development
