Job Summary

Were hiring a Low Voltage Estimator to support commercial projects involving Structured cabling Premise Security and A/V systems. This is not a design role its a hands-on estimating position responsible for reviewing drawings pricing labor and materials and working closely with internal teams vendors and general contractors to generate accurate and timely bids.

Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings specifications and design documents to determine project scope
Perform quantity takeoffs and build cost estimates across multiple phases
Prepare bids submit RFIs and verify material labor and insurance costs
Coordinate with clients general contractors and subcontractors to align scope and pricing
Maintain accurate records of bids documentation and estimate data
Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate conditions and material needs
Engage with vendors to source pricing and explore value engineering opportunities
Support change order evaluations and update budgets when needed

Requirements:

5 years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial environments
Experience with low voltage security and/or A/V systems
Skilled in Excel Bluebeam and Smartsheet (or comparable tools)
Strong attention to detail communication and organizational skills
