Were seeking entrepreneurial 1099 recruiters who are ready to hustle work remotely and earn commission by helping us source both clients and candidates. If youre looking for a traditional salaried job this isnt it. What Youll Do
- Source and engage clients (employers) who need recruiting and staffing support
- Source screen and submit candidates for open positions (industrial skilled trades professional management etc.)
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
- Collaborate with our founder and small team to improve processes and deliver results
- Help us expand our reach and reputation in the region and beyond
- Contribute to business development outreach and service offerings as we scale

Who You Are
- Self-motivated resourceful and comfortable with commission-based work
- Experienced in recruiting staffing or sales (preferred but not requiredhustle and attitude matter most)
- Eager to help build and grow a business not just fill jobs
- Comfortable sourcing both clients and candidates
- Value honest direct communication and relationship-driven business
- Located in Louisiana Texas Arkansas Oklahoma or open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.
