About the Role
As Site Inspector (CSST or CAC) you will deliver top-tier environmental inspection services to residential clients with a primary focus on single-family homes experiencing water damage throughout the San Diego area. This role is responsible for conducting compliant site inspections managing samples maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental site inspections in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
- Perform testing on single-family homes experiencing water damage
- Ensure accurate collection and timely delivery of samples to the laboratory
- Coordinate with internal staff to schedule route and support new inspection jobs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections findings and samples
- Adhere to all safety quality and compliance requirements while working independently in the field
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in environmental inspections
- Current CSST or CAC certification in the state of California
- Lead Inspector/Assessor Certification
- Environmental inspection or restoration experience
- Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and mobile phone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
