Rate of Pay: 16.88 - 22.08 per hour
Summary:
The ER Officer will provide essential HR support to the delivery of organisational change programmes including TUPE transfers. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation effective coordination of consultation activity and compliant administration of workforce changes in line with employment legislation local authority policies and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Support organisational change programmes and TUPE transfers ensuring all HR processes are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate formal consultation meetings with employees and trade unions including diary management and note taking
- Prepare and issue employee letters information packs FAQs and HR guidance
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for transferring employees including terms variations and protected rights
- Manage documentation required for due diligence exercises
- Provide administrative support for contractual changes including payroll and HR system updates
Qualification:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Essentials:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or HR support role
- Knowledge of organisational change processes and TUPE
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
