Workforce Management Specialist

Introduction

A leading tech company is seeking a highly organized Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to join their gaming studio in Belgrade Serbia. In this role you will be responsible for the critical coordination of staff schedules and workforce planning to ensure seamless operations in a dynamic environment. Working closely with HR and Team Managers you will optimize workflows and ensure full staffing coverage. This is a full-time on-site position offering excellent benefits and career growth in the fast-growing gaming industry.

Your Role

Schedule Coordination: Organize and oversee working schedules and shift rotations specifically for gaming tables.
Staffing Management: Partner with HR and Team Managers to handle time-off requests and maintain adequate staffing levels.
Reporting & Administration: Generate daily staffing reports verify work hours and manage various departmental administrative tasks.
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain staffing plans to align with business demands and fluctuations.
Compliance & Monitoring: Track employee attendance and ensure all scheduling follows local regulatory requirements.
Operational Flow: Manage studio rotation files to facilitate smooth and efficient shift transitions.

Your Requirements

Languages: Fluent Serbian (C1) and proficient English (B2).
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in workforce management or a closely related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with WFM software.
Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with workforce forecasting/analytics tools is a plus.
Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of local labor laws and staffing regulations.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently multitask and commit to a 24/7 shift pattern.
