Key Responsibilities
As a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Retail you will:
Take ownership of high-profile and escalated customer cases from initiation to resolution
Manage work orders in accordance with defined business SLAs
Proactively identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Ensure first contact resolution whenever possible
Apply agreed behavioural quality and compliance standards consistently
Develop and maintain strong product and campaign knowledge within the retail environment
Accurately verify and update customer information
Protect customer data and comply with information security processes escalating issues where required
Communicate campaign updates process changes and relevant information to colleagues customers and management
Share knowledge and best practices with team members
Actively contribute to a positive collaborative and performance-driven team culture
Deliver excellent customer experiences at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
This role is a strong fit if you:
Have a minimum of 6 months international call centre experience (essential)
Have completed Grade 12
Are fluent in German (spoken and written)
Are able to work shifts aligned with European business hours
Are self-motivated reliable and highly responsible
Possess strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail customer service environment
